We run extremely thorough due diligence and only buy houses which will start cash-flowing immediately. We then rehab those homes and sell them to our investors (you) for a fair market price.
Our Process
We start by acquiring distressed properties in specific areas that qualified tenants are asking to live in. We then perform a full renovation by adding several "maintenance preventers" like hard-surface flooring, new roofs, new HVAC, updated plumbing, etc. This helps maintenance request to a minimum and our investors coming back when they decide to expand their portfolio. After numerous renovations and rehabs, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality for rental and listed properties in the Memphis area.
